PAYMENT METHODS

If you wish to pay with a credit card but only see the PayPal option at checkout, click "Check out with PayPal". Then, you'll notice an option that says "Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit". Just click on it, and you're all set!
CUSTOM DUTY, TAX, AND FEES
General Policy: No additional taxes or fees.
Exception:
For customers in Europe, you may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs policy. Since tax regulations vary widely among countries, we are unable to estimate the exact amount. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Unshipped Orders: You can cancel your order at any time before it's shipped, and the full refund will be promptly processed back to your PayPal account.
Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to return the item at your own expense. Once we receive the returned item, we'll issue a full refund.
SHIPPING
  • Production Time: Varies by painting type; specific details can be found in the item description. Typically, it takes 3 - 5 days to complete a painting.
  • Delivery Service: We offer free worldwide shipping via DHL or FEDEX, delivering right to your doorstep. A tracking number will be provided to your registered email address as soon as the painting is shipped.
  • Estimated Delivery: The entire process usually takes about 9 - 12 days, with 5 - 7 days for shipping.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
30 - Day Money - Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with the painting you received, you can request a full refund within 30 days.
Process: Contact our customer service to initiate the return → Return the item at your own cost → Once we receive the returned painting, we'll process the full refund via PayPal.
PRODUCTION TIME
It takes 3 - 5 days to create the painting, and with UPS shipping (5 - 7 days), you can expect to receive your order within 9 - 12 days.
PACKAGING AND DELIVERY
  • Packaging: All paintings are rolled (unframed and unstretched) and carefully packed in a sturdy PVC tube for safe international shipping. An extra 2 - 3 inches of white border is included around the painting to facilitate stretching or framing.
  • Delivery: Free FedEx international express delivery is provided globally. You'll receive a tracking number via shop shipping notification, usually around 4 days after the item is shipped.
SIGNATURE
  • Default: The signature is placed on the back of the canvas, allowing you to hang the painting in any orientation you prefer.
  • Custom Request: If you'd like the signature on the front, please let us know the hanging position immediately after your purchase. We'll then sign it at the bottom - right corner of the front.
PRODUCT CONSISTENCY
Most of the artworks displayed on the website have been sold. We will recreate your painting in a very similar style and color scheme. Since all our paintings are hand - painted, it's impossible to guarantee an identical copy to the original photo. Only art prints or machine - made products can be exactly the same as the picture. However, we do guarantee that the quality and aesthetic appeal of the painting you receive will match what you see in the images. The uniqueness of hand - painted brushstrokes is part of the art's charm.
FRAMING AND STRETCHING
To ensure the safety of the painting during international shipping, all paintings are shipped rolled. You can choose to frame or stretch the painting (gallery - wrap style) at a local framing shop. Both methods will beautifully showcase the artwork.
LOSS AND DAMAGE
We use professional packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit, but issues can still occur. If your painting arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
  1. In - Person Receipt: If you're present when receiving the package and notice damage, ask the courier to note "item damaged" on the waybill. Keep the package after confirming the damage with the courier.
  1. Photo Evidence: Take pictures of all sides of the damaged package and the painting, and send them to us. We will handle the situation with the courier company and arrange for an immediate replacement.
  1. Non - In - Person Receipt: If the courier leaves the package at your door and you can't confirm the damage in person, skip step 1 and proceed directly to step 2. Keep the damaged painting and packaging until the issue is resolved.
CUSTOM ORDERS
  • Size Options: Most designs are available in 4 shapes/orientations (square, vertical, horizontal, panoramic/slim), with 5 - 6 sizes for each shape. If you can't find the perfect size in the listing, feel free to send us a custom size request. We will respond with a quote within 24 hours at the latest (delays may occur due to time zone differences).
